Karen McNulla
After spending nearly 15 years as an Accountant for a non-profit organization in Washington D.C., and earning a B.S. degree in Business Management and Technology from the University of Maryland, Karen Carmen McNulla decided to put her financial expertise to work in the real estate industry. After obtaining her Maryland Real Estate license in 2002, Karen also enjoyed the opportunity to serve as the Financial Controller for Century 21 H.T. Brown corporate offices. It was not long, however, that she found her true passion was being a full-time real estate consultant and agent. While at Century 21 H.T. Brown, Karen was named “Top Producer” on more than one occasion.
In 2004, Karen decided to join forces with Fred at an independent company where the partnership remained the consistent “Top Producers”, and “Top Listers” every month!!
This was the beginning of ‘The Carmen Group”. Karen has since become an Associate Broker, earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation as well as the “At Home with Diversity” designation. She has extensive experience with Domestic and International relocations, Property Management, and those with disabilities.
